During the tour which usually takes place between 08:00 and 17:00, spotters will be taken to three diferrent locations, providing both great angles and a chance to be as close to the action as possible.

For the first time, a Greek airport hosted an organized event for planespotters from various countries around the world in 2016. The Hellenic Aviation Enthusiasts Society "Air-born" organized the 6th consecutive and 1st International Ramp Tour in 2016 at the Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos", in which a total of 47 aircraft photographers from 10 countries participated.
The planespotters had the opportunity to be in four different points in the airport and take pictures of landings and take-offs on the 03R runway, taxiing just before the runway and the bridge over "Attiki Odos" as well as taking photos of private jets at the airport's stands.
Following this successful events of 2016, 2017 and 2018, "Air-born" and A.I.A. are ready to receive an even greater number of planespotters in 2019.
