How to get there

Spotting point 5, lies parallel to the threshold of runway 07, on its nortern side. This point enables taking pictures of landings and take-offs from runway 07, something less likely to happen. This point too is fenced by a wire fence, at least 2 metres high. In order to get there, just follow the directions for spotting point 6 and head towards the main road leading to the village of Paradeisi. Turn right and after 300 metres turn right again. After 250 metres, you'll see the airport perimeter fence. Follow the fence and you'll get there.

Getting there on foot from the air terminal, takes approximately 40 minutes. By taxi or cab, this takes less than 15 minutes.

Optimal light conditions in the afternoon.

Photographic equipment

400 mm will be enough for taxiing or landing aircraft (B737, A320) on runway 07.

Other information

Due to the remoteness of the point, you are advised to stock up on supplies.
