How to get there

Spotting points 3 & 4 lie just opposite the air terminals. In order to get there, follow the directions for Observation Point 2 and continue straight ahead. Alternatively, in order to get to Observation Point 4, you can follow the directions for Observation Points 5 and 6. In both cases, there is a 2m high wire fence.

If walking, it will take you at least 30 to 40 minutes to get to spotting points 3 and 4. Getting there by taxi or cab, takes less than 15 minutes.

Light conditions

From these two points, you can take pictures of aircraft parked outside the air terminal. Optimal light conditions: between noon and afternoon.

Photographic equipment

For B737 and A320 aircraft, you'll need more than 300mm

Other information

As with spotting point 2, you are advised to stock up supplies before getting to spotting points 3 & 4. The area is remote and cars pass quite scarcely.
